A lot of behind-the-scenes work is happening.
Construction Manager.

Triple checked for your peace of mind.
The new construction inspection process consists of three phased inspections that occur at pre-determined times in the construction timeline. These are called the foundation inspection, framing inspection, and final inspection.
Structural.
The pre-pour inspection ensures the quality of the foundation. This allows for inspection of the beams, cables, electrical, sewer and drain lines prior to pouring concrete.
Frame.
Framing inspections are conducted prior to the insulation and walls being installed. This allows inspection of the mechanical and electrical rough-in, including HVAC equipment, structure, framing, electrical wiring, etc.
Final.
This full home inspection is conducted after the home is 100% complete and before closing. It covers a comprehensive cosmetic and craftsmanship inspection and ensures that the house is handed over in excellent condition.
